Seguin city council approves land use plan, zoning changes for development
The Seguin City Council approved a General Land Use Plan for the Greenspoint Village project, moving forward with plans for a Walmart Supercenter near State Highway 46.

After hours of discussion between two council meetings and comments from area residents, the Seguin City Council moved forward with approving a General Land Use Plan for the Greenspoint Village project on Tuesday.
The approval brought the developer and the city one step closer to potentially getting a Walmart Supercenter just off State Highway 46 on Pecan Parkway.
