WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco man who sexually, physically and verbally abused a young family member for more than a decade was convicted Tuesday and now faces up to life in prison without parole.

Jurors in Waco's 19th State District Court deliberated about three hours before finding Rolando Olvera Jr. guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a young child, two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child by contact.

The punishment phase of the trial is set to begin Wednesday morning.
