LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Local health inspectors cited a Lubbock establishment for multiple health violations, while several others earned perfect scores in this week's inspection reports.

Bombshell's Restaurant & Bar, located at 6415 Spur 327, was cited for 50 violations.

The inspector noted that due to the number and the nature of the violations, the food service staff did not demonstrate food safety knowledge.
